Basic Slurry Tank

The HI Tank slurry tank is designed for the development of multiple types of resins and is suitable for various resins. The slurry tank has multi-layer, low-shear force stirring to mix the resins without damaging them. Through control, operations such as buffer exchange, homogenization, and removal of broken gels can be accomplished. This ensures high resolution (which has a positive impact on purity and yield) and high stability. By gently creating a uniform particle - size distribution among the fillers, the slurry tank can prevent excessive shear forces, avoid medium degradation, mesh blockage, and backpressure increase. It has an optional SIP function, saving time and materials and improving operating conditions.
