Tofflon adopt "PDCA" to implement the company's total quality management, that is, Plan, Do, Check and Action. Closed-loop control is carried out in three dimensions: QC quality inspection of finished products, internal quality prevention and control and regular quality tracking to prevent any unqualified products from flowing out.

  In the material importing process, establish a perfect feeding inspection system and establish different levels of inspection methods according to the characteristics of materials. High-end inspection equipment such as three-coordinate and projector are introduced to realize independent inspection and total quality control of dynamic core high-precision parts.

  Internal Quality Prevention & Control

  By identifying the key processes of equipment manufacturing process, important quality control links such as process inspection, equipment debugging, pre-acceptance and equipment field acceptance are established to carry out all-round quality inspection and quality control of equipment.   Establish the whole process of product realization as the monitoring and measuring node, establish the methods and mechanisms of continuous quality improvement such as weekly inspection, monthly inspection, internal audit and external audit, and empower data analysis and monitoring through digital means to form multi-department and multi-link multi-dimensional kanban, which provides direction for quality improvement decision-making.
