Roller Compactor
Roller compactor includes screw conveyor, compaction roller, two-stage granulation components, hydraulic system, vacuum system, roller cooling system, and control system, etc. In the process of dry granulation, when the raw material powder is subjected to external pressure, it undergoes mechanical interlocking, mutual attraction between molecules, and bonding of surface liquid film, causing the fine powder particles to form a flake, sheet, or hard bar structure. These structures are then crushed and sieved to obtain particles of a certain size.
