Extruder Spheronizer
The extrusion spheronizer is composed of an extruder and a spheronizer. It features a unique low-shear basket extruder design with low temperature rise, including feeding paddles, extrusion paddles, and screens. Different specifications of screens can be selected based on the material characteristics and microsphere size. The main component of the spheronizer is a high-speed rotating friction disc with compressed air blow cleaning at the bottom of the disc, resulting in high spheronization efficiency and the production of microspheres with high sphericity and narrow particle size distribution.

- The equipment has a high degree of automation, fully automatic batch production mode, production formula management, multi-level user access management, audit trail, and electronic records. Production reports can be stored and printed, fully meeting the requirements of 21CFR part 11.
