Falling Film Evaporator
The falling film single-effect, double-effect, triple-effect, and multi-effect evaporators are suitable for low-temperature concentration in industries such as milk, glucose, starch, xylose, pharmaceuticals, chemical, biotechnology, environmental engineering, and waste liquid recovery. The system consists of various evaporator, separator, condenser, hot press pump, sterilizer, insulation pipe, vacuum and drainage system, material liquid conversion pump at all levels, distribution cylinder, operating platform, electrical instrument,control cabinet, valve, pipeline, and other systems.

- After the material liquid undergoes vapor-liquid separation at the bottom of the evaporator, it enters the separator for further separation, enhancing the separation effect and giving the overall equipment greater operational flexibility.
- The equipment adopts an upright and floor standing scaling system, with a compact structure, small footprint, and simple and smooth layout, representing the development of long set evaporation equipment.
- Continuous loading and unloading, the liquid can reach the required concentration in one pass through the equipment.
- Sterilization, concentration of the two processes completed at once, the material is subjected to heat for a short period of time, suitable for heat-sensitive material concentration.

- Adopting a special structure condenser, it can operate normally at a cooling water temperature of 30 ℃ or even higher.
