Aluminum Drum Cleaner

Double-row aluminum barrel cleaning machine is able to complete the automatic cleaning of double rows of aluminum barrels, with aluminum barrels entering and exiting in parallel, and two barrels being cleaned at one time. The whole machine contains loading system, ultrasonic cleaning system, flipping cleaning system, unloading system, protection system and electrical control system. The cleaning process sequence is as follows: arrange the aluminum drums in double rows on the slow delivery POM conveyor belt - reach the water injection station, the aluminum drums will automatically filled with water - descend to the ultrasonic cleaning station - send to the bottom conveyor belt for ultrasonic cleaning - then use the lifting device to lift the aluminum drums to the flipping cleaning station - hold the aluminum drums by the mechanical arm to flip 180 degrees upside down - rinse the inner and outer walls with injection water - blow the inner and outer walls with compressed air - hold the aluminum drums by the mechanical arm to flip 180 degrees upright - enter the unloading buffer POM conveyor belt - the aluminum drums are output under the action of the unloading system.
