Vertical Filtering & Washing Dryer
The multifunctional filtering and washing dryer (3-in-1) is to complete the process of filtration, washing, dehydration, drying, discharging and so on successively in the closed reaction vessel. It has the features of simplifying process flow, improving production efficiency, preventing material contamination, in-place cleaning (CIP), steam sterilization (SIP), convenient material replacement, and electromechanical integration.
- When used in a clean plant, the motor and reducer are fixed and only the mixing shaft moves up and down inside the vessel, so there is very little disturbance to the clean room air. For dust protection, the power part of the drive section is hermetically covered with a stainless steel cover for external cleaning.
- The sump filter plate is very easy to replace. The body flange is fastened at the same time as the filter screen. Since there are no bolts or holes for fastening on the surface of the screen, it is clean and free from liquid accumulation, and is GMP compliant for applications with high cleanliness requirements.
- The consists of a simple S-shaped curved paddle that is capable of mixing, drying, and discharging materials. The simple shape of the paddle is easy to clean and meets GMP requirements.
- The inner stem of the discharge valve cavity is covered with pressure- and temperature-resistant metal bellows. The sealing of the valve is double O-ring compression type soft sealing with hydraulic drive locking. The valve body is of liquid-free construction and is equipped with an in-place sterilization SIP system.
- It can heat and cool the cylinder, sump, stirring and dust catcher in all directions, and the head takes heat preservation treatment to accelerate drying or cooling and provide production efficiency. Heating method: the cylinder part is heated by the whole jacket, and the others are heated by the runner form.
- The lubrication method of the lifting inner shaft in the stirring and lifting assembly is changed from oiling type to oil-free (self-lubricating) connection, which not only simplifies the processing but also improves the sterility of the equipment.
- The pipe openings on the tank head are flared and the height of the leakage head is as low as possible, thus making the pipe openings easier to clean.
- The stirring shaft is covered with pressure and temperature resistant 316L metal bellows in this part of the tank. The upper and lower ends of the bellows are connected with the mechanical seal and the stirring shaft seal respectively, which can prevent the friction generated by the stirring shaft during the rotating or up and down movement from falling into the tank and contaminating the material.
- The whole process of the equipment and the final cleaning, sterilization and drying of the tank and pipeline can be made fully automatic, which can not only reduce human intervention, but also improve efficiency.
