Tank Freeze-thaw System
The tank freeze-thaw system is a set of controlled freezing and remelting technology for the biopharmaceutical field, which is mainly used in high value-added liquid biological products such as vaccines, monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins. The frozen storage range is 25L~300L, and the tank freeze-thaw system can fill the stock liquid into the inside of the jar and then directly carry out the freezing, transfer, storage and thawing operations of the product. Compared with the one-time freeze-thaw system, the equipment avoids the large use of consumables in the production process. It can save production cost for producers. The tank freeze-thaw system is a split structure composed of freeze-thaw tank, TCU and control cabinet, which can be flexibly adjusted according to the customer's plant. The freezing range is 25L-300L, which meets the pilot test and production stage, and can be used in the CNC area.
