Single Use Technologies,SUT), also known as Single Use System,SUS), is a process equipment solution. Disposable systems have been widely used in biopharmaceutical fields, such as liquid storage, liquid transfer, aseptic filtration, ultrafiltration and concentration in the pharmaceutical fields of vaccines, antibodies, gene and cell therapy. At present, disposable systems can cover almost all unit operations of the whole biopharmaceutical process, from upstream cell culture to downstream purification until final filling. Our products can cover the whole process line, including disposable bags and supporting products, disposable equipment systems and fluid management, which can help customers reduce the investment in cleaning, shorten the production cycle, increase flexibility and accelerate the process of drug development and listing.

Complex Preparation Laboratory

The industrial difficulties of complex preparations focus on many process steps, difficult reproducibility and obvious amplification effect, while the traditional R&D and industrial equipment are quite different and the equipment matching is insufficient, which further affects the development of complex processes.

Based on the above situation, the laboratory was developed and established, and this multifunctional and universal pilot platform was developed by combining the process development experience of Tofflon and the experience of advanced automation equipment.

The laboratory can assist R&D personnel to reproduce the feasibility of the process path of special products (liposomes, microspheres, emulsions, nano-preparations, etc.), explore and optimize the process parameters, and reduce the risk of production amplification.

The system includes micron-scale dispersion system, nano-scale dispersion system, nano-grading system, organic solvent removal system, microsphere screening system and other process equipment units, and all modules are mobile modular design, which is convenient for rapid and flexible conversion.

Injection Laboratory

Tofflon detection technology has standardized CNAS accreditation system and GLP system, which can provide a series of detection services and freeze-drying technology services. The laboratory is equipped with a variety of testing equipment for key freeze-drying parameters, such as freeze-drying microscope, differential scanning calorimeter, etc. At the same time, it has seven Tofflon experimental freeze-drying machines equipped with various advanced PAT devices, such as mass spectrometer, online sampling device, wireless probe, TDLAS, etc., which meet the customer's testing and process service requirements to the greatest extent. Service projects involve various fields, such as biopharmaceuticals, chemicals, complex injections, food and health products, cosmetics and so on. Accumulated rich project experience, and by December 2023, more than 3,750 projects had been completed.
