The industrial difficulties of complex preparations focus on many process steps, difficult reproducibility and obvious amplification effect, while the traditional R&D and industrial equipment are quite different and the equipment matching is insufficient, which further affects the development of complex processes. Based on the above situation, the laboratory was developed and established, and this multifunctional and universal pilot platform was developed by combining the process development experience of Tofflon and the experience of advanced automation equipment. The laboratory can assist R&D personnel to reproduce the feasibility of the process path of special products (liposomes, microspheres, emulsions, nano-preparations, etc.), explore and optimize the process parameters, and reduce the risk of production amplification. The system includes micron-scale dispersion system, nano-scale dispersion system, nano-grading system, organic solvent removal system, microsphere screening system and other process equipment units, and all modules are mobile modular design, which is convenient for rapid and flexible conversion.
