Tofflon detection technology has standardized CNAS accreditation system and GLP system, which can provide a series of detection services and freeze-drying technology services. The laboratory is equipped with a variety of testing equipment for key freeze-drying parameters, such as freeze-drying microscope, differential scanning calorimeter, etc. At the same time, it has seven Tofflon experimental freeze-drying machines equipped with various advanced PAT devices, such as mass spectrometer, online sampling device, wireless probe, TDLAS, etc., which meet the customer's testing and process service requirements to the greatest extent. Service projects involve various fields, such as biopharmaceuticals, chemicals, complex injections, food and health products, cosmetics and so on. Accumulated rich project experience, and by December 2023, more than 3,750 projects had been completed.
