Top-Load Cartoner Machine (Vertical Cartoner)

Top-load cartoner loads single unit or formed paper tray inside the carton with the leaflet with different type of closure system i.e. Hot-melt glue system , tuck-in system , and self-lock bottom system . This type of cartoner is widely used for multi-pack products packaging . The integration of the equipment can be done with paper tray , plastic trays , single unit bottles. The cartoner equipment is design with high modularity, and applicable for multi-format cartons and box-shaped unit top loading and packing can be realized by replacing the format changeovers. At the same time, it is suitable for cartons with high recyclability.
