Freeze-thawing system includes TCU, control system, box and other components. Through PID proportional adjustment to achieve accurate temperature control of the refrigerant (silicone oil), and then realize the temperature control of the product; freeze-thaw equipment models from experimental to large-scale production type, covering from clinical to large-scale commercial production needs. The original liquid dispensing system realizes quantitative dispensing through peristaltic pump + weighing, which is used in conjunction with disposable consumables to reduce the dispensing environment requirements (Class C) and improve the dispensing efficiency of the products; the hand-cranked feeding station alleviates the manpower and reduces the amount of original liquid retained in the bag.
