Single Use technology (SUT) has many advantages in biopharmaceutical production (both upstream and downstream processes). It can provide the flexibility for rapid scale-up, scale expansion or scale-down to adapt to the rapid changes in production volume requirements; reduce the downtime needed for cleaning, sterilization and maintenance; and offer customization for specific production processes while demonstrating excellent consistency. Tofflon can provide disposable reactors, chromatography systems, membrane filtration systems, as well as piping and bags for liquid preparation, helping to accelerate the upstream and downstream production processes of bioprocesses.
