Refining System

API refining process mainly refers to the two processes of solvent dissolution and crystallization of API crude products. The refining system equipment of Tofflon API mainly includes liquid dispensing system and dissolution crystallization system. From a sterile perspective, liquid dispensing can be divided into two categories: Final sterilized and non-final sterilized. In 2011, Tofflon cooperated with “Top” Company in Japan to launch a fully automated liquid dispensing system in response to the higher requirements for sterility in the new version of GMP, providing high-end liquid dispensing system solutions for every pharmaceutical customer. The crystallization system is used for material stirring and mixing, with functions such as cooling and freezing, and product crystallization. Tofflon API can provide overall engineering design, PID design, equipment design and manufacturing, project and construction management, trial operation and verification, as well as a complete set of automation solutions, clean room and modular design for refining workshops based on processes that provided by customers.
