SU Low Pressure Chromatography System
The single-use chromatography systems is a liquid chromatography system designed for pilot and production scale. The system is composed of main equipment, single-use path components, control system and HI Base software, supporting 0.375 ", 0.5 ", 0.75 ", 1 "and other scales. The system uses disposable flow path components that are easy to disassemble, eliminating the need for cleaning between products/batches, and components that use disposable high-precision sensors to meet the monitoring and control requirements of typical chromatographic applications. The system adopts industrial-grade PLC and PC-based software workstation control to provide sound and light alarm with security interlock, which can provide real-time process monitoring and effective process control for the chromatography process.
- The system provides high sensitivity online detector, different pH detector, conductivity detector and UV detector can be selected pH detector and conductivity detector plug and play without calibration;
- UV detector can realize signal monitoring and output of multiple wavelengths at the same time, which is convenient for real-time and accurate monitoring of buffer condition and separated component concentration after the column.
