SU Tangential Filtration System (TFF)

The Single use TFF Tangential flow filtration system is a single-use membrane filtration system designed for both pilot and production scale. The system consists of main equipment, single use flow circuit components, control system and HI Base software. The system uses disposable flow path components that are easy to remove and assemble, eliminating the need for cleaning between products/batches. The components are disposable, high-precision sensors that meet the monitoring and control requirements of typical filtering applications. The system adopts industrial-grade PLC and PC-based software workstation control to provide sound and light alarm with safety interlock, which can provide real-time process monitoring and effective process control for the filtration process.
