Negative Pressure Isolator
Negative pressure Isolator are mainly used for production operations such as weighing, compounding, dispensing, and sampling of highly active, highly toxic, and highly allergenic drugs. Isolate operators and process production through a closed barrier system to reduce the impact of product toxicity on personnel health. The Isolator has a Grade C clean environment that meets the requirements of the process and cGMP, including differential pressure, leakage rate, lighting, etc. Negative pressure containment Isolators are widely used in medical, pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other fields.
- 1.OEB 4~5 of API or other materials can be operated or processed in this equipment.
- 2.All the chambers can be illuminated by LED lamps (Mounted from outside).
- 3.Negative pressure in the enclosure is applicable for product handling.
- 4.Pressure of the chamber can be adjusted automatically as required.
- 5.Leak test of the chamber can be tested automatically as required.
- 6.All doors will be interlocked to ensure the safety of operator.
- 7.Fans speed can be set and adjusted automatically as required.
- 8.Inlet and exhaust HEPA filters can be safely changed in an easy way.
- 9.Gloves are applicable for materials & tools transferring and other operation.
- 10.The interior surfaces of chambers can be cleaned and washed by WIP with spray guns.
- 11.Draining system is applicable for all the chambers.
- 12.The pressure can be displayed on the HMI.
- 13.Glove integrity test can be done by a glove integrity tester
