Open Restricted Access Barrier System
Restricted Access Barrier System (oRABS) is a device or facility that is easier to operate than traditional cleanrooms by providing a certain degree of separation between the operator and the product, reducing the risk of contaminating products, containers, closures, and surfaces in direct contact. The active restricted access barrier system has a dedicated air handling system (active) that is completely independent of the clean room air supply. Under controllable risk conditions, operators can intervene in the operation through gloves on the barrier door.
- Provide Grade A environment: Core area ISO 5 environment guarantee, background environment requirement Grade B.
- Unidirectional airflow protection: Provides unidirectional airflow protection for the core area, with airflow flowing from the inside out.
- Glass door self-locking and interlocking: Glass doors cannot be opened without instructions, and the door opening and closing status can be recorded.
- Ergonomic glove assembly: allows operators to intervene without opening the door.
- The cleanliness status and environment can be monitored online.
- Optimization of airflow organization design based on CFD research.
- Operate according to a risk control based full lifecycle project delivery system.
- Support customized design and provide customers with system solutions.
